Prof. Dr. Kaan ERARSLAN and Prof. Dr. Halis AYDEMİR, vice rectors of Dumlupınar University visited National University of Quilmes and University of Arturo Jauretche, ARGENTINA on 24 August, 2017 and had a meeting with the executive staff of the host university. Cooperation opportunities between universities within the scope of Erasmus+ ICM and Mevlana Exchange Programme was discussed. MoU was signed between the representatives as well. MoU between the universities will provide such priorities mentioned below:

- Exchange of academic and administrative staff, including course instruction according to their research area between Dumlupınar University and University of Sao Paulo

- Exchange between students o BA, MA and PhD students.

- Exchange of academic materials, publications and other scientific information

- Joint courses, semianrs and cultural studies

- Preparation of scientific researches and usage of available laboratories
